Planning Services


Joint Ventures and promoting sites


We undertake joint venture contracts, where we underwrite some of the initial investment risk in lieu of a percentage of the land value of the up lift. Each site is unique, and this is reflected in our fee structure. Our fees range from 8% to 27% of the uplift value.

House Builders


Our portfolio extends from large 60 assisted living flats in a mixed-use development to small housing estates. We work only in BIMs and we have a range of consultants who work on the same platform. This provide seamless integrations of the structure, services elements and allows for better cost control.

Commercial Developments


We have obtained planning consents for commercial developments. Most of ours sites have major planning issues; thus, to overcome the technical issue, we coordinate a wide range of experts, flood engineers, arbor culturalists etc, whilst ensuring that the design is optimised.

Barn Conversions


We can create your dream building either in a traditional or a modern style. And, under a part Q Planning Application, if you want to sell your barn as a residential property, we can help. We can either undertake the project on a joint venture basis or a traditional appointment.
