Pro Bono

OC Architects are at the cutting edge of providing unique financial solutions to unlocking substantial capital returns.

We understand that architects are not cheap and a planning work can appear as very similar to going to the High Court with the associated uncertainties and stress of the outcome.

We can undertake pro bono planning applications and upon successful application, we either take a vested interest in the proportion of available land made available through the planning consent, or we request a lump sum payment. This offer is subject to terms and conditions. This product is aimed at those who have land:

	And do not wish to sell it to developers at a lower market price because planning consent has not been obtained, and cannot afford the cost of an architect to make the application.
	Which is in a contentious planning area and who do not wish to incur costs on a risky adventure.
