Most probably, the toast that you ate  this morning came  from the conglomerate British Bakeries. British Bakeries approached OC Architects because of the following reasons:

OC Architects was a reputed firm of Architects giving expert advice that could be relied upon.

British Bakeries suffered from 30 furniture suppliers' rings per day.

They found it hard spent the time to get the right designs, to talk to the end users, to find alternative cost effective solutions.

They found that they were spending a week putting together  evaluating  tenders. The contactors would then subsequently not return the tenders in a standard form, making evaluation near impossible.

They were forced into the furniture supplier's terms and conditions of sales.
