Once a decision to build has been made, we either approach suppliers / consortiums / architects etc. with clear objectives and a rough order of cost upon which they can be appointed, or alternatively we can provide architectural services in-house.
Some clients require development plans, usually because they are unsure of their existing and future building requirements. The development plan identifies any issues and produces priced solutions.
