With
a tight budget Druglink run by Turning point to modernise and extend
their dilapidated property. The
budget was very tight. From feasibility reports to contract
administration we parked the project on time and within budget. The
users were over the moon with the space we had created.
Planning
was tricky as right of light issue need to be respected likewise two party
wall agreement were required. The building suffered from varying
degrees of asbestos contamination.
